TORONTO, Feb. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - RBC Royal Bank announced today that it is changing its residential mortgage rate offers effective February 8, 2012.

The changes are as follows:

Special Fixed Rate Offers*

Four-year closed - 3.39 per cent (increased by 0.40 per cent)

Five-year closed - 4.04 per cent (increased by 0.10 per cent) 

Fixed Rate Posted Rates

Five-year closed -  5.24 per cent (increased by 0.10 per cent)

* The rates indicated are special discounted rates and are not the posted rates of Royal Bank of Canada.
